All our items are crafted with meticulous love and care. It is our promise that we do not send items that we are not 100% happy with. We understand, however, that they do occasionally get damaged in transit along the way. We will gladly offer you an exchange or refund if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty. Please note that this is subject to inspection.
